From contacting the receptionist via System on line I was offered a face to face appointment with a lovely female doctor, Dr Astin. After the appointment I was instantly sent a link for a blood test and within a couple of days I’ve had my blood test and I’m now waiting for my results. (Which I’ll be able to view in line). Brilliant service!

I’m finding it frustrating to get an appointment for blood tests as a cancer patient. I was told I was sent a link to book an appointment instead I’ve been sent a questionnaire, Then when I used an old link there were only appointments for 3-4 week time. My treatment is time sensitive linked to treatment I need blood tests every two weeks at the moment. Now I’ll have to find time to sit on the phone to reception staff

It seems crazy you can’t book an appointment when you’re physically at the surgery

It would be more than helpful if some of the chairs in the waiting room had arms. Especially for disabled patients
